Is hosting included in these prices?

Hosting is billed separately. Many clients already host with Webdo on yearly packages. If you’re hosted elsewhere, we can quote to move you onto our servers or work with your existing host.

What if I don’t use all my change time in a month?

Time doesn’t roll over, but Webdo still uses your plan to keep the site updated, backed up and secure. Most clients send small changes every few weeks as things come up.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can move between plans if your business needs change – for example when you start running more campaigns or your store becomes busier.

Do you only support websites Webdo built?

Webdo’s maintenance plans are primarily for existing Webdo clients, but we can sometimes take over external WordPress sites after an initial audit and once-off clean-up.

Does this include Google Ads or Meta Ads management?

No, ads management is a separate service. These plans focus on keeping the website or store itself healthy. If you need ads help for your service business, Webdo can quote separately on the Business Websites / Marketing page.

How do I request changes each month?

The easiest is WhatsApp voice note or message with screenshots and details. Email is also fine. Webdo confirms what’s needed and then schedules the updates.
