Privacy &
enquiries.
How Webdo handles the information you choose to send through this website.
Project enquiries
When you submit a project enquiry or onboarding form, your answers are stored privately in WordPress so Webdo can respond, prepare a quote or deliver your agreed project. An email notification is sent to info@webdo.co.za. We record your consent with the submission. Please provide only information needed for the project.
If you contact Webdo through WhatsApp, email, telephone or another enquiry form, we use the information you provide to respond, prepare a quote and deliver agreed services. Please supply only the information needed for your enquiry.
Saving a draft on your device
If you choose “Save progress on this device”, your form answers are stored in this browser. Use this only on your own device. The saved draft is removed when you submit successfully or choose “Clear saved progress”. It is not sent to Webdo until you submit.
WhatsApp and shared files
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; you choose whether to send a message. If you share a link to content or photos, make sure it contains only the material you want Webdo to access and that you have permission to share it.
Service providers
Hosting, email, messaging and other providers may process information needed to operate these services. Embedded content and links to other websites are subject to those providers' own policies.
Cookies and website tools
WordPress and installed services may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, security and measurement. Advertising or analytics features, where active, are governed by the relevant provider and any available consent choices. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
To ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact info@webdo.co.za. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for an existing service, legal obligation or legitimate recordkeeping purpose.
